managed to buy discounted tix yest for lion king musical tonight! haha. each tix was only 19.50 pounds, which was quite a bargain. or at least it was within our budget.
so jus now after class, we went straight to covent gardens for e show. was running late, so jus anyhow grabbed a sandwich from a shop near e theatre. e show started promptly at 7.30pm. unlike phantom of e opera, i dint fall asleep during this musical haha. though there were parts i didnt understand wad they were saying due to e accent, i managed to catch most of it haa.
characters were portrayed vividly, stage settings were nice, some songs were nt bad. overall it was quite gd. worth e money i wld say. but if given a choice i wld wanna watch “Grease”! haha.
took a cab back after e show and it was freaking ex! more than half of my daily allowance gone. damn it.
