it wasnt a really merry christmas for me this year. for e past few days, had been quite sick. fever, sore throat, runny nose, blocked nose, cough. everything. goodness. despite some self-medication and lotsa rest, water, fruits, still didnt really get better. but since yest was e eve of christmas, i dragged myself out to meet dear. didnt wanna disappoint her cos everyone will b out celebrating this feative season.
actually i had alr made plans for christmas eve alr. booked movie tix for “yes man” at vivo, made reservations for a restaurant also. but e illness really spoilt everything la. “yes man” was nt bad, but wld b better with subtitles! haha. and as i was still nt feeling well, didnt go to e restaurant as planned. went to a jap restaurant instead to hav some soupy ramen. more fitting for a patient huh haha. e night ended early as i felt e need to rest. wad a disappointing christmas huh.
a simple affair on christmas eve
juz been to a doctor this morn. hopefully will recover today man! still gt many gatherings coming up and i really dun wanna miss any ha. anyway on this season of giving, i wish one and all a merry christmas and a beautiful end to year 2008. cheers!
